Delete your Blurto account

No questions, no friction. You can delete your Blurto account and all of your data at any time.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address tied to your Blurto account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days (usually within 48 hours).

Email hello@blurto.ai

Include the email address you used to sign in. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use that same address.

Or delete from inside the app

Open Blurto, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. The account and all associated data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

Your account and authentication records
All captures (voice, text, and image), transcriptions, and AI classifications
Tasks, ideas, notes, media, groceries, and events
Daily review history and morning/evening check-ins
Subscription metadata stored on Blurto's side
Device tokens, push notification preferences, and analytics identifiers

What we keep, and why

We retain a small amount of data only when required by law or to prevent abuse:

Anonymized billing records, kept by our payment processor (RevenueCat / Apple / Google) for tax and accounting purposes
Server logs that have already been stripped of identifiers, kept for up to 30 days for security and reliability

None of this retained data can be tied back to your identity once your account is deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Blurto account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription through Apple or Google before requesting deletion:

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Blurto → Cancel
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Blurto → Cancel
